General information

All sessions and communication are in English.

Positivity Ping offers calm, private English-language conversations focused on attentive listening, reflection, and presence. It’s not therapy or coaching — simply a quiet space to pause and feel understood.

No. Sessions are non-clinical and non-diagnostic. Positivity Ping does not replace therapy, medical support, or crisis services. If you need medical, psychological, or urgent help, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.

Sessions are for adults (18+) who value thoughtful, confidential conversation — professionals, expats, and private clients seeking calm, clarity, and a steady presence to think out loud with.

From launch, sessions are expected to be available:

  • In person in Warsaw — discreet meeting rooms by appointment.
  • Online worldwide — via audio or video (e.g., Google Meet/Zoom).

While we prepare to open, we are collecting January 2026 reservations so that we can begin with a thoughtfully planned schedule.

Yes. All sessions, emails, and written communication are provided in English. If you are comfortable thinking and speaking in English, you are very welcome.

January reservations

A January reservation is a way to let us know you’d like to have a session when Positivity Ping opens its calendar. You share your preferences and contact details now; we contact you in early January 2026 to suggest specific dates and times.

No payment is taken when you submit the reservation form, and places are limited — reserving early helps you keep your preferred spot.

No. Reservations are completely non-binding at this stage. You are simply expressing interest and sharing when and how you’d like to meet.

When we contact you in January 2026, we’ll confirm the price for your chosen session type (the same price you saw on the site), propose a time, and only then will you decide whether to proceed and arrange payment.

Reservations are handled on a priority basis, but they are not a confirmed booking yet. When we open the calendar, we will:

  • Review all January 2026 reservation requests,
  • Match them against available times and formats,
  • Contact you with suggested dates and next steps.

If we cannot accommodate your exact preference, we’ll offer alternative times where possible. Reserving early gives you the best chance of your preferred day and time.

That’s completely fine. If your plans change, you can simply reply to our email or use the contact page to adjust or cancel your reservation request. There is no fee for withdrawing interest before a session is formally confirmed and invoiced.

Pricing & payment (January 2026 reservations)

Yes. The prices shown on the January 2026 page are the standard session prices for our opening calendar. If you reserve a January 2026 session, the price you see there is the price you will pay for that session, plus any legally required VAT shown on your invoice.

There are no additional service fees from Positivity Ping beyond what is clearly stated.

During the January 2026 reservation phase, no payments are taken through the website. Once we confirm a specific session with you in January 2026, you will receive clear payment instructions — for example, a secure payment link or an invoice showing the same price you saw when you reserved.

You’ll always have the chance to review the details before deciding to go ahead.

You are not locked in until you actively confirm your session and payment arrangements. If the suggested time or format no longer works, simply let us know — we can look at alternatives or close the reservation with no charge.

Privacy & safety

No. Sessions are not recorded and we do not maintain detailed session notes. We retain only the minimal contact and administrative data needed to manage reservations and invoicing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality is the default. Your conversations are private and are not shared with third parties. In rare circumstances involving serious risk of harm or legal obligation, we may need to act. Details are outlined in the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Yes. NDAs and GDPR-aligned data processing agreements can be discussed, especially for corporate and concierge arrangements. These agreements protect how information is handled, but they do not turn Positivity Ping into a legal, financial, or clinical advisory service.

Positivity Ping is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. A listening session can be helpful later, but it is not a substitute for urgent support.
